We ship every parcel with Royal Mail through their 24 Tracked and Before 1pm Next Day Delivery.

It should be noted that 24 Tracked may take 24-48 hours to deliver you parcel.

We have taken every precaution to ensure your Venison arrives still frozen or chilled (Below 3 Celsius). Depending on your chosen delivery method.

We cannot accept any responsibility for parcels arriving later than the stated time slots after we have dispatched your order. We also cannot accept any returns or cancellations after we have dispatched your order.
